We didn't bat well: Rohit Sharma after India’s 100-run loss to England at Lord’s
Following India’s 100-run loss to England at Lord’s in the second one-dayer of the three-match ODI series, Indian captain Rohit Sharma admitted that his team’s batters let the side down. The Men in Blue needed a gettable 247 to clinch the series 2-0. However, England left-arm pacer Reece Topley claimed 6 for 24 as the visitors were bundled out for 146 in 38.5 overs. Not a single India batter reached the 30-run mark.
